The speaker at our March Tea is Nancy Stohs, retired Food, Home and Garden editor of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Originally from Nebraska, Nancy came to Milwaukee in 1981 when a position opened up as a food writer for the Journal. Over the years she has toured the White House vegetable Garden with chef Bill Yosses, and met Julia Child, Emeril Lagasse and many others. She had writing assignments at Warrens Cranberry Festival as well as the Green Bay Packers training camp. Nancy has helped us with many recipes over the years, including getting some of us to participate in 12 years of Holiday Cookie Contests. Come hear her presentation on the life of a food editor.
