When you attend the Holiday Wine Tasting, you’re not only enjoying an evening of wine, food, and friendship — you’re helping support the mission of the Wauwatosa Woman’s Club. Proceeds from this event help preserve our historic clubhouse while funding charitable, educational, and community service programs throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. For every ticket sold, the Wauwatosa Woman’s Club receives $25, making this celebration one of our most important fundraisers of the year.

What is included with admission?
Your admission includes tastings of 50+ wines, an abundant selection of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and desserts, a commemorative Riedel wine glass to take home, a tasting guide to help you keep track of your favorite wines, and access to our silent auction.
Is the event accessible?
Yes. The Wauwatosa Woman’s Club is accessible for guests with mobility needs.
An accessible entrance is located at the rear of the building, adjacent to the parking lot. From this entrance, guests can use the elevator to reach both the second-floor ballroom and the lower level lounge, where the Holiday Wine Tasting is held.
Guests entering through the front entrance will find a few steps leading into the building. Once inside, an elevator is available near the rear of the building, or guests may use the staircase to access the second-floor ballroom.
If you have specific accessibility questions or need assistance during the event, please don’t hesitate to contact us before your visit.
Must attendees be 21 or older?
Yes. Because alcohol is served at this event, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Can I purchase the wines I taste?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tasting guide listing each wine served throughout the evening, with space to make notes on your favorites.
At the end of the event, Ruby Tap staff will be available to help you purchase any of the wines you’ve enjoyed. It’s also a great opportunity to take advantage of special event discounts and stock up for holiday entertaining and gift giving.
How long does the event last?
The Holiday Wine Tasting takes place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime during the event and enjoy the wine tastings, cheese, charcuterie, desserts, and silent auction at a relaxed pace.

Proceeds from the Holiday Wine Tasting help preserve the Wauwatosa Woman’s Club’s historic clubhouse and support the Club’s charitable, educational, and community service programs.
Where can I park?
Accessible parking is available in the parking lot behind the Wauwatosa Woman’s Club and is reserved for guests with a valid accessible parking permit. Ample street parking is available around the clubhouse and throughout the Village of Wauwatosa, all within a short walk of the event.
Will tickets be available at the door?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance and will not be available at the door.

Is seating available?
Yes, limited seating is available throughout the ballroom. In addition to several tables with chairs, high-top cocktail tables will be provided to encourage guests to mingle while enjoying the wine tastings and appetizers.
What should I wear?
Business casual to dressy casual attire is recommended. Many guests enjoy dressing up a bit for this festive evening, while others prefer a more relaxed look. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable as you enjoy an evening of wine, friends, and holiday cheer.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You may present your ticket on your mobile device or bring a printed copy—whichever is most convenient for you.
